How does a company become a Quality Secured member?
We, as a member company of the QS scheme are visited at least once a year for a thorough inspection by independent assessors. This assessment reviews a number of different aspects of our company. These include, customer service, workshop practice, customer complaints, staff knowledge & training etc.. Only successful completion of the inspection allows us to be awarded our annual Quality Secured accreditation.
